We recently welcomed two First Financial alumni, Adam Ezerins and Paul Seidl, back into the family after a few years testing the waters elsewhere.
And who can blame them when our commitment to training, support and career progression is second to none!
Return of Adam Ezerins
Adam Ezerins left First Financial to travel overseas and ended up living in London working with a local firm of financial planners. But it seems even the thrill of racing Caterham cars around the iconic racing circuit at Silverstone and dinners in the House of Lords weren’t enough to keep him away from the streets of Melbourne and our own humble offices.
Adam has rejoined First Financial after three years in London.
It’s the emphasis we put on helping our people grow and flourish which stood out for him.
While Adam gets the support and balance he needs, we get an excellent young adviser who already knows our business and now has that little bit of London edge about him.
Paul Seidl rejoins the firm
As MD Chris White says, we don’t hire advisers, we breed them ourselves. Our people make the business, which is why we are so pleased to have not one but two returning staffers.
Paul Seidl left First Financial a year ago, only to rejoin the firm last month. Paul is one of our paraplanners, and while he enjoyed his time as a media and policy adviser for a Federal Member of Parliament, he was happier working with us.
Paul says he found the work at First Financial a lot more rewarding personally. He missed the supportive environment and the great team at First Financial.
