And in recent months we’ve had so many internal staff promotions that we have been in a constant state of congratulations.

Emily Still
Emily joined the First Financial family back in 2016. She started as a Client Service Manager within the Client Service Team and built a strong foundation for her progression. In 2018 she moved into an Associate Adviser role supporting Nick Thomas, where she continued her studies and learnt more about the industry.
Emily has now returned to her roots as the Client Service Team Manager, where she can use her extensive skills to guide the entire team and support the growth of our next generation.
Daniel Smith
Daniel joined us as a university graduate and embraced his role as a Client Service Administrator. As his experience grew, he was promoted within the team to Client Service Manager and we now celebrate his promotion to an Adviser Assistant for Adam Ezerins.
We are confident that Daniel will continue to grow within the organisation, and we look forward to his next steps.
David Studley
Along a similar path to Daniel, David also joined us as a university graduate in the Client Service Administrator role. He has now moved into the more technically focused position of Paraplanner and we know he will bring valuable contributions to the team.
Gavin Colosimo
Gavin’s First Financial journey started around nine years ago when he joined the business as Chris Crough’s Associate Adviser. His dedication and aptitude saw him gain a promotion to Financial Adviser and today we applaud his rise to the Senior Adviser position.

The business has not only supported my growth as an adviser but also a human, I’ve forged lifelong friendships and found a fiancé along the way and I’m very much looking forward too what this new opportunity brings.”
Paul Seidl
Paul has had a double shot of First Financial… he started as an Associate Adviser to James Wrigley but left the organisation to try his hand as a media and policy adviser within Federal Parliament.
Luckily for us, policy making wasn’t where his heart lay, so he re-joined our team in 2018 as a Paraplanner. We are now excited to see his progression as he has been promoted to Associate Adviser to support Stef Costa.
